Bill Bart

Bill Bart was born and raised in the St Louis area and knows the greater St Louis/St Charles/Central Missouri area like no other. Bill has been serving his clients in the finance field since he graduated with a degree in Finance from Truman State University in 2000. He brings financial experience including student loans, banking, commercial lending and mortgage banking to the Motto Mortgage Plus team.  Bill has a real passion to see his clients succeed and works with clients to help themachieve their top financial goals. Bill strives in developing personal relationships with his clients to ensure they are cared for in the years to come. In addition to being a successful financial expert, he is also involved in the community. Bill volunteers his time with Easter Seals in St Louis and is a Rotarian with several leadership positions in the Warren County Rotary Club. Bill is married to his lovely wife, Lisa, since 2010 and is a proud father of two beautiful daughters.
