Bill Clince

Originally born and raised on the South Side of Chicago, IL, I am the oldest of three children. After graduating high school, I attended Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN on football scholarship. I was very fortunate to have experienced attending a Big Ten University, receiving a fantastic education and getting a chance to play Big Ten Football. My wife and I moved to the St. Louis area in 1996 in St. Louis.  My family and I are very happy to have made our home here. My family has grown to include 1 son and 2 daughters--which keep us very busy outside of work. I decided to change career paths in late 2000 and bagan working in the mortgage lending business here in the St. Louis area. There have been many significant changes in this business in the past 8 years.  These changes have helped our industry become better and stronger for the long run and more consumer friendly--but you need to trust the person handling your mortgage transaction.  I work for a company that believes in doing things the "right" way with no shortcuts--always putting the clients' interest first. I have been very fortunate over the past eighteen years to work with some of the best, like-minded people in the business. My goal is to educate my borrowers and help them choose the most suitable program for their specific needs and goals. I have a drive to go above and beyond for my clients, referrals, and positive reviews I consistently receive to this day.  I look forward to providing a seamless, stress-free experience in the purchase or refinance of your home.
